Take the whole of Opuz for the evening and the restaurant becomes yours — every table, the bar, and our team dedicated to your guests alone. It is the setting for the occasions that deserve more than a corner table: landmark birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, and company dinners that need to feel like an event.
Our home is The Exchange, in the heart of Aylesbury — high ceilings, warm low lighting, and a bar that anchors the room. Arrival drinks at the bar, a seated meal across the dining room, dessert and Turkish coffee to close: the evening flows the way you want it to.
We tailor every private dining occasion around you — menu, drinks, timings and styling. Tell us the date, the numbers and the occasion, and we will put together a proposal with availability and minimum spend.
Tables for six, sixteen, or sixty.

You do not need the whole restaurant to make a night of it. From a long lunch for six to a celebration for sixty, we hold space for groups across the week and build the meal around the table — sharing-style feasts or à la carte, whichever suits the gathering.
It is where Aylesbury comes to mark the moments: work lunches and leaving dos, birthdays and baby showers, hen parties and family get-togethers. Generous mezze down the middle, charcoal grills to follow, and a team that keeps the evening moving.
Larger parties dine from our Group Menu — two or three sharing courses from £29.90 a head — which keeps service smooth and the table relaxed. Send us your date, numbers and any dietary needs, and we will take care of the rest.

Christmas at Opuz is the festive dinner done properly — a four-course menu of modern Turkish cooking, crackers on arrival, and the warm, candlelit room that makes the season feel like an occasion. From late November through to the New Year, it is where Aylesbury gathers to celebrate.
It is made for a crowd: office parties, team lunches and family tables alike. Book in your group, pre-order ahead of the night, and leave the rest to us — from welcome drinks to the last coffee.
December books up fast, so the earlier you reserve the better. Festive menus are available for groups throughout the season; get in touch for dates, party sizes and pre-order details.

There is a particular kind of evening that only live music makes — a singer by the bar, the room warm and full, the night stretching on a little longer than you planned. At Opuz, live performers join us on Friday and Saturday evenings to set the tone for dinner and drinks.
Settle in for the meal and stay for the music. Tables on live nights book up quickly, so we recommend reserving ahead.
